How we work

Working at a distance in our speciality

We pride ourselves on being long-term thinkers, who are quick to sort out problems that hold individuals back. We focus on turning raw ideas and concepts into practical, sustainable and pragmatic solutions. Employee support solutions can be offered via Skype, Zoom, email or phone. Distance is no barrier to receiving customised, personalised help.

All our services are customised to meet the needs of both the individual and the organisation. One size definitely does not fit all when it comes to career and personal concerns.

We encourage a collaborative, partnership approach to employment issues, and emphasise the importance of employee initiative and personal responsibility. We believe that helping people rekindle their passion for life and work is a core ingredient of wellness and success and can help you tap into and harness your employee’s motivation.

We are specialists in the career management, life coaching and training and development field. Our coaches come from a variety of backgrounds including recruitment, HR and career management. So with our insider knowledge of both organisational issues and contemporary career management initiatives you are guaranteed of a professional service which provides a balanced stakeholder perspective.
